The St. John's, Winchester, Congregation Council has voted unanimously to form a mission partnership with Zion Lutheran Church to assist them in their mission and work.   Zion Lutheran Church is a Lutheran congregation in Sarakolok, Kimbe Circuit, West New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea.
