Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - 6:30 p.m. - Special Lenten Concert by Tom Keesecker at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 26 West Boscawen Street, Winchester, Virginia
Congregations in the Northern Valley Conference are invited to gather together at Grace Lutheran Church for a special concert on the last Wednesday evening in Lent. Composer and pianist Tom Keesecker returns to lead us in a quiet hour of piano music, reflection, and poetry. His new collection of piano music, “The Quiet Journey”, takes its inspiration from the hymn “Bless Now, O God, the Journey” (ELW #326). Tom will have CDs of “The Quiet Journey” available for purchase after the program. There will be a traditional Lenten Soup and Sandwich supper provided at 5:45 pm –PLEASE RSVP to Pastor Sonya if you plan to attend so she can let Grace know (no cost for dinner).
