St. John's is collecting single serving food items for Bright Futures - Anyone wishing to donate food items for Bright Futures may contact Tina Clutter or Pastor Sonya. Steve and Linda Allamong will transport the items to Bright Futures. This will help to feed our children in the community. Thanks for your donations! ![]() Worship services will move inside in effective November 1, 2020. We will have indoor worship services (Service of the Word) at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s beginning in November. We will follow physical distancing guidelines and using facemasks. Facemasks are provided if you forget yours. Please see any council member if you have any questions. Council will continue to monitor the number of cases in this area and re-assess as needed. If you are high risk, please don’t feel like you need to come – we are recording the service and will post it on the website for your viewing pleasure! Join our virtual Thirty-one fundraiser where 20 percent of the proceeds will benefit the scholarship funds at Gravel Springs and St. John’s. Click on Thirty-one to access the website. The prodeeds from the sales will be divided 50/50 between the two (2) churches to benefit their individual scholarship funds. ![]() Sunday, November 1, 2020 – Trunk or Treat immediately following worship. If you would like to hand out treats please place treats in a small bag so that each trunk or treater can be handed a treat bag to help maintain social distancing. If your child will be trunk or treating please have them wear their costume to worship. The children should stay in family groups while collecting their treats to help with social distancing. ![]() An All Saints listing clipboard is available. If you have a saint that has passed in the last year (since November 2019), please print their name legibly on the list along with the date of death. Please provide the name(s) and date(s) of death to Pastor Sonya know by no later than October, 28, 2020. Stoles will also be available to add saint’s names. Thank you! |
