Pastor Sonya will walk again this Lent. If you would like to sponsor, you can put a check made payable to the church with “Lent walk” in memo line or put cash in an envelope marked “Lent walk” and place them in the offering plate. In addition, you can make an online donation two (2) ways: (1) go to our website (www.stjohnslutheranwinchester.org) and click on the green GIVE button and just follow the instructions and input your information OR (2) go to this direct link (https://tithe.ly/give?c=3185934) and input your information. Make sure to select “To”, then scroll down and select “Special – Lent Walk”. All monies will be split between the building fund and discretionary fund at St. John’s.
Update: We collected a total of $508.97 for the Lent Walk, $1,200 for the building fund, $500 for the scholarship fund, $50 for maintenance and $600 for the discretionary fund. Thank you so much for supporting our youth and community.
