Sunday, May 27, 2018 – 1:00 p.m. – There will be a meal (time is approximate as it will be after the regular worship service and Youth Ministry team meeting and, prior to the Memorial Day service). Chicken will be provided by the cemetary committee and everyone is asked to bring a covered dish and drinks.

*The Youth Ministry Committee will hold our annual planning session on Sunday, May 27, 2018 immediately following the congressional luncheon after service. We will be discussing and scheduling all youth activities for the upcoming year. All congressional members are welcome to attend the meeting or you can contact Jenae Jenkins (email) or by calling 540-325-6861 with any ideas for youth activities or if you would like to volunteer to lead a youth activity. We would like to add a monthly service project to our activities and all suggestions are welcome!

Saturday, May 19, 2018 - 3:00 p.m. until just before Mocha and a Message - St. John's will have a youth game night at the church before Mocha and a Message, The kids (and kids at heart!) will enjoy yard games such as bocce ball, corn hole, water relays, volleyball, and much more! Silent Auction to benefit St. John's steeple fund - We are having a silent auction to benefit the SJ steeple fund. The auction will start July 29, 2018 and will continue through September 15, 2018 in the social hall. Currently, we’re looking for handcrafted items (or any items you would like to donate for this cause.) You can bring your item anytime and give it to either Laura Saville or Tina Clutter.
