Saturday, September 8, 2018 – 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Fall Festival at St. John’s This is our annual fundraiser for our Youth Scholarship Fund and this year Thrivent Financial is supporting with a $250 grant! All proceeds will benefit our Youth Scholarship Fund!
- Bring a lawn chair or two to enjoy God's beautiful creation and hear live music by Rich Giersch and Fred Pollard (A Regional Contestant for "The Voice")
- There will be food - hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, popcorn and drinks
- There will be baked goods and handmade items for sale
- There will be children's crafts and face painting
- There will be a bounce house for the children
- Hay wagon rides will be provided by Casey Wine
Sunday, September 9, 2018 – 11:00 a.m. - Blessing of the Animals worship - Service will be held outdoors. Please bring your pets and critters to be blessed. All are welcome. Please bring a donation for the animal shelters. Donations will be accepted the entire month of September (See the September Outreach Project post for the items needed). Thank you! All God’s critters got a place in the choir! Pet treats will be provided.
