Our Outreach for the month of November will be to collect new blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, mittens and gloves. Please help us share the warmth of God’s love by donating these items throughout the month of November. The items will be delivered to CCAP and distributed locally. We hope to fill our blanket chest and our mitten tree! Please contact either Sue Goodwin or Kim Eckley with any questions.

The response from the congregation for this outreach project was amazing (as you can see by the pictures below). We collected the following: 16 throws, 5 pillows, 23 blankets, 34 scarves, 1 sleeping bag, 68 hats, 13 scarf & hat sets, 24 sets of men’s gloves, 47 sets of ladies’ gloves and 44 sets of children’s gloves. Thank you so much for your generosity and Sharing the Warmth of God’s Love (this truly came from the heart). These items will be delivered to CCAP this week where they will be distributed to those in need.

We will be creating a Christmas collage similar to the one pictured below. This is a FREE event and all youth and their families are encouraged to attend! In order to ensure that we have adequate supplies available for this funfilled event, please contact Jenae Jenkins at [email protected]
As an added bonus, stay with us throughout the evening and enjoy even more fellowship during Mocha and a Message at 6:00 P.M. with Bingo to follow afterwards. Great prizes for everyone can be won!
